Real estate activity
There are over 100 properties in the ownership of the company. We manage team of market agents who provide professional services to tenants and owners of properties- property analysis from the economical efficiency point of view, location, usability, competitive environment, possibility of its further valorization and development, preparation of rent/sale plans, recommendation and support with pricing, property viewing, negotiation of trade and contract conditions of rent/sale, development of business cooperation opportunities, active contact with existing clients, legal support, receivables administration, payment ethic and, in case of occurrence of problem, correction proceeding, provision of full service regarding the rent of properties

Administration of buildings
Under administration of the company CREAM Real Estate are more than 100 properties which we care about and rent to our partners and clients around the entire Czech Republic. Each property is in our ownership and therefore we care about each of them with accuracy of careful manager. Facility management provides technical management of properties, security of properties, cleaning services, administrative management, reception desk activities, greenery care and management of parking places of buildings. Energy and gas
CREAM Energy, based on license, trades with electric energy and gas. Beyond supply of energy we offer other services as are full support of administration during change of provider, collective associated invoicing for all supply points or group of supply points with monthly invoice division, energetic advisory connected with optimalization of supply points. By small-scale consumption we offer shortening of invoicing cycle to any period. Further we offer optimalization of negotiation of agreed capacity, evaluation of real hour take off of electricity in selected time range, provision of invoice transcripts, provision of take off analysis, prognostication of take off of electric energy and gas, provision of physical readings, re-invoicing by particular supply points for particular tenants/customers, provision of revisal of electric devices of energy meters.
All services connected with energy and gas invoicing are for each customer accessible online on a Client Portal. Each action of our company is fully transparent in relation with a tenant.

We provide complex designing works in build up of especially commercial non-residential spaces and their reconstruction or repairs, processing of complex background papers, for all levels of project sketching; we manage projects and coordinate connected activities.
Our team of professionals is focused on financial analysis and a plan, preparation of lots, locating, parceling or network, processing of energy labels of buildings, provision of static of buildings, static expert’s statement, processing of all urban studies and provision of territorial decree, building permit and final building approval and performance of authorized and technical supervision.
IT service
CREAM Real Estate offers its clients software solution of all activities related to management and rent of properties, activities monitoring and their online processing and management. For tenants we offer the CLIENT PORTAL, a transparent environment of mutual communication. On this portal each tenant has immediate access to information concerning not only payments but also novelties.
Our market agents work with an application which online introduces the property to client in full extent, including sending of an offer for rent. The PROPERTY CATALOGUE is not only a fully functional sale tool but also an automated helper. Automation of processes we also use for reservation of spaces online. This enables the RESERVATION SYSTEM.
