way
CREAM Real Estate is a company with more than 20 years of tradition and rich experience in the Czech real estate field. She was responsible for the rebirth of the Zlín skyscraper Jednadvacítky and also for the beginning of the revitalization of the former factory buildings at 14 and 15, which today function as Zlín's cultural institutions. Over the years, the company's interest has focused more on building a multifunctional concept. These are buildings that were designed with an emphasis on adding services and new functions while using the building's possibilities. The projects are still being developed and improved, at the same time it already has its branches in the form of CREAM House, CREAM Investment Fund and others. Subsequently, work is being done on the development, reconstruction and construction of administrative and multifunctional spaces throughout the Czech Republic.
Events that have taken place in the recent past and are
still taking place have a great impact on us. Firstly, in the form of the
economic development of society, but also in the change of social perception.
Even so, we managed to achieve several successes in the past calendar year, of
which we allow ourselves to be proud. We helped open stores in Zlín - Pepco,
Albert, Traficon and BENNON. The new showroom is presented by Stosa Cucine.
Half a floor of office space in Zlín has also been taken over by Ovečkárna. The
non-profit organization Za Sklem already occupies an entire floor in Brno in
MORAVÁK, which they named - Space that heals. They live in HOUSE 64 in Zlín.
As part of strengthening the visual presentation, we are
happy to install the light markings of the MORAVÁK and HOUSE 64 buildings. We
also discussed new collaborations and gave space to many people. We also
continuously work on investment projects with a several-year outlook. Changes
were also noted in the company's internal operations. In short, we look forward
to the challenges that 2023 will bring.
At the same time, we had to say goodbye to some clients.
Even so, we hope that every single client we said goodbye to is doing well.
And we would like to thank you, our existing clients.
Thank you for being with us despite the vicissitudes of
recent and current events. Thank you for the patience you have in announcing
new and sudden decisions even for us. Know that this situation affects us all
and makes no one happy. We follow the motto: "Where there's a will,
there's a way." And that's why we believe that building cohesion with our
clients is key.
