Job description

  • Administration of entrusted real estate and property, especially the site https://www.moravak-brno.cz/
  • Ensuring repairs and maintenance of real estate using external suppliers or work crew
  • Communication with clients, solving requirements
  • Preparation of contracts with service providers
  • Registration and fulfillment of tasks of technical real estate management
  • Assistance in the preparation of annual plans

Require

  • University of Technology
  • Driving license B
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), AutoCAD
