Martin Jarolím has long been associated with the conversion and regeneration of the former Bata factory in Zlín, where he has been operating since 2000. He participated in the rescue of building No. 21 (currently the Zlin Region and regional office of the Tax Office), building 23 - business incubator and buildings No. 14 and No. 15 (Baťa Institute).
Since 2006, he has been implementing projects within the CREAM investment group, which currently owns more than 100 properties throughout the Czech Republic. Under the leadership of Martim Jarolím, a number of projects were successfully implemented, such as the trendy loft housing at max32 or the modern office building HOUSE64 or the project of above-standard office space in the center of Brno called MORAVÁK.
Within the CREAM investment group, he is responsible for trade, development and long-term appreciation of CREAM real estate assets. Martin Jarolím is a member of the Board of Directors of the closed-end investment fund CREAM SICAV a.s., whose portfolio includes CREAM Real Estate sro, in which he is an executive.
