Job description

  • Responsibility for the entrusted real estate agenda in the field of energy supply and technical management
  • Responsibility for the preparation of invoices for the supply of all types of energy on managed properties
  • Responsibility for correctness and completeness of processed re-invoicing based on submitted algorithms and regular readings on managed propertiestech
  • Coordination in ensuring regular readings of individual types of energy
  • Preparation of tender documents and energy consumption, provision of cooperation in tenders for suppliers of selected types of energy, responsibility for documents leading to the conclusion of service contracts
  • Complete knowledge and control over adherence to the conditions for contracts for the supply of all types of energy and services
  • Providing synergies and preparing materials for planned and actual use of all types of energy, regular statistical overviews, etc.
  • Provision of technical property management through contractors
  • Provision of documents for the processing of the annual bill of heat consumption


  • Experience with solving problems of renewable sources
  • Experience with energy distribution on individual buildings
  • Secondary or tertiary technical education
  • Responsibility and high work commitment
  • IT experience, excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • active driver, category B driving license
